Recognize this picture? This is cover art from Paradise Lost self titled album by Siro Anton. Here is the link to this picture on photo.net. What caught my attention is firs comment to this picture. In three words commentator’s statement is that author is making big mistake by creating that kind of photo art. In general he proclaimed that this is total crap and author will regret waste of time after couple of years. I don’t know what kind of masterpieces of art commentator created in his life, but IMHO it is silly to criticize someone’s work, which will stay in history one way or another. I found at least two pictures in Siro Anton’s photo.net gallery, which were used as cover arts for Paradise Lost albums, and I’m sure that that there are more works by Siro Anton, which are used by other musicians. No matter do you like these works or not, you shouldn’t say that is total crap, especially when author is not amateur. I don’t know – maybe it’s just a joke I didn’t understand.
